COURIER: UPS tracking number will be provided after your parcel il dispatched.

When

Within 24hrs upon your purchase or when your made-to- order jewel is ready, we at Delve Jewelry Art will ensure that your item will be dispatch to the courier. Any delays for whatsoever circumstances will be notified via e-mail. 

Once your order will be dispatch to the courier (UPS), you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for the corresponding delivery company, together with the details on how to track.

Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days.
